True Tallow Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing True Tallow. We take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted skincare products with care and attention. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. As a small business, we take great care in packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Please note:
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- During peak periods (e.g. promotional events, holidays), processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience during these times.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently deliver Australia-wide. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the total weight and delivery location of your order.
Standard Shipping (Australia Post or Courier Service)
- Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days (depending on your location)

Express Shipping (Available at Checkout)
- Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days (metro areas)

Please note: Estimated delivery times are provided by the courier and may vary depending on public holidays, rural destinations, or unexpected delays.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
4. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If you realise your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at diane@truetallow.com.au. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
5. Authority to Leave (ATL)
Some couriers may provide the option for Authority to Leave parcels without a signature. By selecting this option at checkout, you accept responsibility for the package once it is marked as delivered by the courier.
True Tallow is not liable for stolen or lost parcels where Authority to Leave has been selected.
6. Delays and Lost Parcels
While we work with reliable courier partners, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g. weather events, postal disruptions). If your order is significantly delayed or has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us so we can assist in tracking or resolving the issue.
7. International Shipping
At present, True Tallow only ships within Australia. We are exploring options for international shipping and hope to expand in the near future. Please stay connected with us via social media @truetallowau for updates.
8. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if the product is faulty upon arrival, please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for next steps. We require photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate and provide a resolution.
