At True Tallow, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards in the quality, hygiene, and integrity of our handcrafted skincare products. For this reason, we have a strict returns and exchange policy in place.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind after purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty or an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please email us at diane@truetallow.com.au with the following information:

Once we receive your email, our team will assess the issue and, if approved, issue a credit note or replacement as appropriate.

Claims made outside the 24-hour window from the time of delivery may not be eligible for credit or replacement.

Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be accepted unless they are proven to be faulty.

Delivery Exceptions
True Tallow reserves the right to cancel and refund orders to delivery locations that are considered remote or difficult to service.
